Major Julian serves as Parangal’s Director of Technology and Co-Music Director, a dual role that mirrors his passion for precision and cultural storytelling. By day, he is a Business Systems Support Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry; by night, he applies that technical expertise to the preservation of Philippine heritage. Since joining the ensemble, Major has been a cornerstone of the company’s sustainability, notably securing its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2013 and establishing its digital home at Parangal.org. From managing the complex SaaS infrastructure that keeps operations seamless to leading musical direction, Major’s dedication ensures that Parangal remains as technically sound as it is artistically vibrant.

He is the engine behind Parangal’s digital and rhythmic infrastructure modernizing its global presence. He currently oversees the entire digital ecosystem—including G Suite, Salesforce, and Slack—ensuring the executive and artistic teams are perfectly synced. Whether he is managing vendor relations or directing the music that brings indigenous stories to life, Major’s work is defined by a commitment to cultural excellence and organizational longevity.
